Shipping
Please note that we only ship orders to Australian postal addresses.
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. A flat rate of $15 shipping applies to most orders except those that qualify for free delivery. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. Please call for a quote if you require express shipping.
Shipping Method
Australia Post Parcel Post is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card may be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.
Delivery
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed. Most orders take 2-7 days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Returns
The chances are extraordinarily good that you'll be thoroughly delighted with your purchase from us. It's a good idea for everyone, though, to have guidelines in place in case something happens.
Have a Warranty Claim?
As far as warranty claims go, we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly. We have a great relationship with all our suppliers, and will work directly with them to ensure any warranty issues are rectified in a timely manner.
Goods Arrived Damaged?
If for some reason your goods arrived broken or damaged, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Obviously, this is our responsibility and we will correct things as quickly as possible. Changed your mind?
Sometimes we all change our mind, its only human. To cover you in this instance we offer a 7 day no fuss returns policy, which gives you 7 days from the date of your order to return any item purchased to us. In this event you will need to send the item back to us via registered express post at your own cost. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on selected lines.
Our Glassware Breakage Guarantee:
Our experienced team will pack your order as safely and securely as possible. From time to time, however, things do go wrong in transit. In the unlikely event that this does occur, we will endeavour to replace all broken glassware free of charge and as quickly as possible. If you find that your order has arrived broken, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our friendly customer service team on 08 9721 9044 to organise a replacement.
