The Nuova Simonelli Appia II – 3-group Volumetric coffee machine performs exceptionally well when put to work in a café. It offers pre-programmed buttons to allow the barista to work fast and efficient and a striking design that will look good on any café bench top.

The practical push and pull levers and easy to clean steam wands and steam wand tips makes texturing milk a breeze for the barista. The wide viewing angle of the work surface, the water level indicator and dual pressure gauge allow the barista full control over every action. This machine is also versatile with both high group and low group models.

Like its brother model the Aurelia II, this machine has the soft infusion system also, allowing the barista perfection in every cup.

With a 15lt copper boiler, this machine was built for a mid-large range café and is well suited for WA’s water conditions.
